While social networking community website has a serious concern to the security of public space as a whole, only a few of those who do the basic steps to protect yourself from online crime. This fact is one of the results of an online survey conducted by the AVG and the CMO Council. In addition, the results of a poll entitled "Bringing Social Security to the Online Community" highlights the vulnerability and the attention of members of the community social networking website for cyber security and prevention needs to be done to protect themselves.
The survey stated that filling them concerned with phishing attacks, spam, and malware is happening right now. However, only half of those who actually care about the theft of personal data in online communities. In addition, less than a third take action to protect themselves online.
